Toss : Royal Challengers Bangalore won the toss and decided to bowl first
After sending to bat first by Royal Challengers Bangalore, the Sunrisers Hyderabad openers Jonny Bairstow and David Warner were looking in great form. They both added 185 runs for the first wicket for SRH Jonny Bairstow was the first man who got out after scoring his first IPL century. He dismissed on 114 runs off 56 balls only including 14 fours and 7 huge sixes.
David Warner on the other hand had equally slaughtering the RCB bowlers, he also scored a magnificent century and was remain unbeaten on 100 runs off 55 balls. He too dispatched 5 balls out of the ground during his innings of 100 runs off 55 balls. SRH had set the huge target for RCB of 232 runs, which was apparently looking next to impossible considering their performance in the IPL so far.

In Reply to, SRH 231 they never looking comfortable in the field at all they kept losing wickets from the beginning which did not stop till they bundled out for only 113 runs in the 20th over of the innings. Parthiv Patel, Shimron Hetmyer, Virat Kohli, AB De Villiers, Moeen Ali no one able to score runs even they all didn’t even get to the double figures. Colin de Grandhome was the highest run scorer for RCB with 37 runs. The season keeps on getting worst for the RCB as they lost the match by the record margin of 118 runs in the end.
Mohammad Nabi the Afghani Superstar was the best bowler for SRH as he took 4 wickets in his 4 overs and gave away only 11 runs.
